At
JustPleasure.com, we guarantee that all products we sell are of the
highest quality and hope that every client will be completely satisfied
with their purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes
unavoidable. Due to the type of products offered, we will accept returns
for manufacturing defects only. All products are tested to ensure
working order once batteries are in place prior to shipping. We
will not exchange for colors or sizes incorrectly ordered. Any item
will be accepted under the stated conditions for returns provided
the item has not been used, damaged, worn or altered. You have up
to 15 days from the date you receive your order for a return to be
accepted by JustPleasure.com. Any item returned after 16 days WILL
NOT be accepted. Shortly thereafter you will receive a credit invoice
for your records as proof of the refund. In order to return an item,
please abide by the following simple instructions: |
Returns
Within 15 Days
If you are dissatisfied with your selection for any reason within
the first 15 days of purchase, you may return it for credit or exchange.
We will, based on your preference, either replace the item free of
charge (for manufacturer defective products) or provide company credit
in the amount of your original purchase (excluding shipping and handling).
Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a credit to your
credit card or issued a check if you paid by check or money order
for the full purchase price of the item you returned. Shortly thereafter
you will receive a credit invoice for your records as proof of the
refund.
JustPleasure.com is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments
on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. If your shipment
tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package,
please contact the shipping carrier. In the event of an undeliverable
shipment, JustPleasure.com will refund the credit card for the amount
of the product purchased only. Shipping charges will still apply.

Returning Videos/DVDs
You may return unopened videos/dvds for up to 15 days after purchase.
In exchange, you will receive either a credit in the amount of the
purchase (minus the cost of shipping) or a replacement item of the
same value. We can only accept opened videos for return if they are
broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of
the same one at our cost. We cannot offer credit or an exchange
for a different product for any video that has been opened due to
the ease of reproduction. Only items in unused condition and in their
original packaging will be accepted. |
Requesting
a Return
To inquire about returning a product, contact our customer service
department with your name, order ID and a brief description of the
problem. We will send you complete instructions on how to return your
package (outlined below). Please note that any credit cannot be processed
until we have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment
of returns is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of credit
card refunds it may take one full billing cycle for the refund to
appear on your credit card statement. We never resell returned merchandise.
Procedure to follow:
1. Contact a customer service representative through email at customerservice@justpleasure.com
or by calling toll-free 1-866-373-9522 or locally at 604-244-9646.
2. Take note of the Return Order Code (known as the ROC number)
given to you by your customer service representative.
3. Include the ROC number in the following return shipping address
when returning your item, please know that no items will be accepted
without the ROC

4. For your own security, please return your item with an insured
courier only (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS) and retain your receipt.
Personalized Creations and Just Pleasure can not be held responsible
for items damaged or lost in transit. |
